Nicolle Davis

Nicolle discovered her passion for Real Estate when she purchased her first home in the late 90’s. Within a short time she purchased an investment property then moved swiftly into property management, initially with her own properties, then building a select portfolio with her close circle of family and friends. She soon found a new and exciting career path and began working with a boutique Retirement Village, managing the refurbishment and re-sale of Independent Living Units. Nicolle managed multiple Community Housing sites across South Australia and assisted many clients from the Veteran Community and dozens of families from within her community to access aged care for their loved ones. Nicolle has since transitioned to a rewarding career selling Residential Real Estate in the North East suburbs. Her personal journey with buying, selling & managing properties has given Nicolle a love for the Industry and an understanding of the emotions involved with these important and often life changing decisions. Nicolle’s professional reputation and passion for her chosen career is immediately evident from the success she continues to achieve within her local community.
