Smith Partners Real Estate opened its doors on 5 August 2013 when husband and wife team Ryan and Corina Smith launched their own real estate business from a humble but functional office space. Within just a year, Smith Partners had grown enough to relocate to their first “real” office at The Golden Grove Village Shopping Centre, celebrating their first birthday and Grand Opening on 8 August 2014.

Ryan Smith began his real estate career in 2004 with one of Adelaide’s premier boutique agencies, starting in property management as a Property Inspector before moving into Leasing Manager, where he was awarded “Leasing Manager of the Year.” Soon after, Ryan transitioned successfully into sales, achieving “Rising Star” in his first year and joining the “Million Dollar Club” the following year with his first million-dollar sale.

In 2009, Ryan invited his wife Corina to join him as his administration assistant, and “The Smith Team” was born. By 2011, they had moved their growing team to one of Australia’s largest franchise offices, quickly becoming the number one team in the number one office in South Australia. This background in both boutique and large-scale franchise environments equipped Ryan and Corina with the knowledge and experience to launch Smith Partners Real Estate with confidence and a vision for service excellence.

Since that time, Smith Partners Real Estate has continued to grow, opening a second office at 240 Prospect Road and now expanding further with our brand-new Golden Grove office to accommodate our expanding team. Today, our team specialises in sales, property management, client services and marketing, delivering exceptional service across South Australia.

Smith Partners Real Estate is proud to be recognised for its commitment to excellence, winning the REISA Medium Agency of the Year Award in both 2023 and 2024. We have a history of consistent recognition, previously winning in the Small Agency category in 2017 and 2018 and being finalists in 2015 and 2016. We are also honoured to have been finalists at the national REI Awards in 2023 and 2024, as well as receiving recognition in the Real Estate Business (REB) Awards and RateMyAgent Awards, reflecting our ongoing dedication to providing outstanding results and service for our clients.
