ABOUT SMITH PARTNERS
From a Small Beginning to a Growing Local Agency
Smith Partners Real Estate opened its doors on 5 August 2013, when husband and wife team Ryan and Corina Smith took a leap of faith and launched their own real estate business from a small but functional office.
Just one year later, the business had grown enough to move into its first dedicated office at Golden Grove Village Shopping Centre, where we celebrated our first birthday and Grand Opening on 8 August 2014.
What started with a small team and a big vision has continued to grow, but our commitment to providing a genuinely personal and professional real estate experience has remained at the heart of everything we do.
THE SMITH PARTNERS STORY
Ryan began his real estate career in 2004 with one of Adelaide's leading boutique agencies. Starting in Property Management as a Property Inspector, he quickly progressed to Leasing Manager, where he was awarded Leasing Manager of the Year.
Ryan then made the move into Residential Sales, where he achieved Rising Star in his first year and went on to join the Million Dollar Club the following year after securing his first million-dollar sale.
In 2009, Ryan invited Corina to join him in the business as his administration assistant, and The Smith Team was born.
As the team continued to grow, Ryan and Corina moved to one of Australia's largest franchise offices in 2011, where they quickly became the number one team in the number one office in South Australia.
The experience they gained working in both boutique and large-scale real estate environments gave them a strong understanding of what makes a great agency — and, importantly, what clients deserve from one.
In 2013, they decided to build it themselves.
WHERE WE ARE TODAY
More than a decade later, Smith Partners Real Estate has grown into a team of experienced professionals across residential sales, property management, client services and marketing.
We have expanded from our original Golden Grove location to include our Prospect office, while continuing to grow our presence throughout Adelaide.
While the business has changed considerably since 2013, our philosophy hasn't:

We believe great real estate is about more than buying, selling or managing property. It's about the people involved, the relationships we build and the experience we create along the way.

Our commitment to our clients and our team has been recognised through a number of industry awards over the years.
Smith Partners was honoured to be named REISA Medium Agency of the Year in both 2023 and 2024, following previous wins in the Small Agency category in 2017 and 2018 and finalist positions in 2015 and 2016.
We have also been recognised as finalists at the national REI Awards, as well as receiving recognition through the REB and RateMyAgent Awards.
While awards are certainly something we're proud of, we believe our greatest measure of success is the trust our clients place in us and the recommendations they make to their family and friends.

We believe being a local business means being part of the community around us.
Supporting local clubs, organisations, charities and community initiatives is something that has always been important to Smith Partners.
