Joseph Dalle-Nogare

Joseph Dalle-Nogare joins the Smith Partners team as a Sales Associate and Lead Generator, bringing a strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn to everything he does. His interest in property started young, helping his zio across various properties, and although life took him in other directions for a time, he came into real estate seeing a career worth building and a field he wanted to understand from the ground up.

Joseph, known to most as Joe, spent the past five years in security and, before that, fifteen years as a disability and aged care worker, experience that shaped the loyalty and team-focused approach he is known for. He works hard but makes a point of enjoying what he does, an attitude that fits naturally with the Smith Partners way of doing things. His connection to the company runs deeper than most, too: he and his wife sold their home through Smith Partners, an experience that first drew him to the brand.

Outside of work, Joe treasures time with his two young children, conscious that the years before they grow up are precious ones. He loves hiking, walking at the beach, and music that ranges from metal to jazz, and he is a dedicated member of the Alfa Romeo Owners Club, enjoying regular events and cruises. A keen follower of most sports, Joe has backed Geelong all the way back to the VFL days, with the Crows as his second team.
